POLICIES ROOM RATES: All rates are subject to 10% room tax. Rates are based on 2 people occupancy. Each additional person is $10 per person, per day. Extra people (more than what the unit accommodates) is $25 per person, per day, including visitors. Room rates are subject to change without notice. PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT: VISA/MasterCard credit cards are accepted; personal checks only with bank check guarantee card.All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit equal to half of the nights reserved. At the time of making your reservation, you have 5 days to confirm with a deposit or your reservation is automatically canceled. The balance due on your reservation must be paid upon check-in. CANCELATIONS: Summer, Spring Break, and all major Holidays there will be no refunds made unless the unit is re-rented for the same number of nights cancelled. If you should have to cancel, please do so at early as possible so we can do our best to re-rent the cancelled nights. If we are able to re-rent the unit for the same consecutive nights, we will refund your deposit, minus $25 handling fee. Off season cancelations: If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a refund of your deposit, minus $25 handling fee. DAMAGES: You are financially responsible for all damages during your stay. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. KITCHENS: All kitchen unites are fully equipped.All dishes are to be cleaned, dried, and put away. Please, no crab cooking in the units. FIREPLACES and FIREWOOD: We DO NOT ALLOW firewood provided for the fireplace in the unit to be taken to the beach for beach fires.
